Critique

Thank you for your entries and support which was much appreciated.

PD (4, 1) 1 Farmer's Sangria Midorchi Motivation. 7 months old, with perfect head proportions with softly rounded front of head and rounded inbetween ears with correct head profile. Ears well set, framing the head, and eyes show correct inner corner white. Open nostrils. Straight forelegs, level topline, well placed shoulders and good rear angulation. Such a happy nature, he moved straight and true and so soundly. Secured his awards on his movement, sound construction and beautiful head. BPD, RBD  & BPIB. So pleased that the puppy group judge saw fit to place him PG1. 2 Farmer's Sangria Pamojill Private Eye. Just six months old and at his first show, his tail did not stop wagging. So well balanced, perfect size for age, finely boned, lovely shape and size and you cannot help but fall for his charm. He moves really well from the front, rear, and in profile. He pushed his kennel mate hard but was just not quite as free flowing in movement as the winner today. Now with his first show experience safely under his belt, what a little show stopper he is sure to be! Adorable. 3 Thomas' Zhorzh Marshal At Javalcy.

PGD (3, 1) 1 Rhodes & Vincent's Javalcy Bugsy Malone. 18 months old, squarely built, stands out for correct size and proportions and breed type, being dainty and elegant but without any sign of weediness. Symetrical head markings and dark eyes with correct inner white corners, and kind expression. Liked his body. He has the leg furnishings, breeches, ear feathers and tail plume to complete the picture. A very attentive showman, he did not put a foot wrong when moving in any direction. BD & BOB. 2 Flynn's Linjato Kiyoto. Beautifully turned out and this boy's head is rather exquisite. His movement needs some work as it is a little stacatto at present, but the owner was pleased that he had behaved far better than at his last show apparently. The construction is there so it now just comes down to some dedicated training to complete the overall package.

OD (6, 1) A quality class, with close decisions between the first three. 1 Farmer's Sangria Lord Of The Dance. Such a handsome head on this young man with a broad head and good width of muzzle and that astonished look. He is well balanced with a square cobby build,  and his correct front assembly and rear angulation combine to result in the expected correct movement. In fully finished coat. He is happier moving on his own than with others behind him when he can lack concentration on the job in hand. Unfortunately he lost out in the challenge today as he got spooked. 2 Rhodes & Vincent's Javalcy Bit Of Razzle Dazzle. Another quality specimen, this boy has excellent balance and correct size, with a well cushioned muzzle, lovely eyes and correct expression. Lightly boned. Stands on lovely correct hare feet with slippers. 3 Farmer's Sangria Back To The Future.

PB (4, 1) A lovely class of all quality puppies that will no doubt change places on other days. 1 Crane's Cranvarl Le Mistrall. What a cheeky, outgoing, poppet. Just six months but shows like a well seasoned veteran. Straightest of finely boned forelegs. Full of life but sympathetically well schooled. Excellent level topline, good ribs and body, well constructed all through. She stands herself so well, four square, and she moved so straight and true it was a joy to watch. BPB.  2 Quinn's Sharlarna Miss Fame At Harlouville. Unlucky to meet winner today. Pretty head with good breadth of skull, she showed her socks off. Excellent tail set, carried well. Apparently had not met her handler before but she showed the breeds required true happy nature by being extremely happy and extrovert at spending time with a stranger. 3 Allitt's Tillashby Hidenka.

JB (4, 1) 1 Banks' Choya Charlotte. Beautifully proportioned, small, compact, lightly boned, square, feminine girl with so much to like about her. Fabulous head, carried proudly. Holds a level topline at all times. Really nicely bodied. Extrovert temperament. Expertly presented and handled. Excellent action in profile, but I would prefer straighter front and rear action - which is what cost her in the challenge. 2 Thomas' Javalcy Bit Of Va Va Voom. Slightly longer cast and carrying more bone that the winner, she is in profuse, full, thick coat. Excellent body width and chest, moderate neck, well placed shoulders. Excelled in her wide open nostrils. 3 Lamyman's Choya Mashi At Alynamm.

PGB (4, 1) 1 Kilcoyne's Granasil Love Story. What a sweetheart. Truly feminine. Loved her size, shape and balanced outline which she held standing and on the move. Pretty, correct, head. Well constructed front and rear assembly, and level topline. Happy nature. A joy to watch her move. One to watch for the future. 2 Smith's Wyndcatch Witchy Woman. Eyecatching, she is in profuse coat, well bodied, and has the tightest of elbows. Pretty head with correct eyes. Slightly longer cast than winner. Very happy disposition. Moved enthusiastically around the ring. 3 Evans' Jonsville Secret Smile.

OB (4, 2) 1 Allitt's Tillashby Kimika. Little to choose between these two ultra attractive young ladies which are so evenly matched. Both are truly feminine, of correct size, finely boned, with well covered bodies, correct outlines, correct eyes with inner white corners for correct astonished expression. Both performed well on the move though I felt the winner just had the edge on movement and I  preferred her more even head markings. BB & BOS. Lost out to the dog for BOB as she did not bring her best party dress with her today whereas he was well 'suited and booted'. 2 Crane's Sleepyhollow Mary Poppins JW. RBB.
