It gave me great pleasure to be invited to judge at this show and I commend the officers and committee for their sterling work for keeping the show going in such adverse conditions, although our day, Sunday, turned out to be a pleasant day. I thank exhibitors for allowing me the honour of going over their dogs and in general there were only two comments I would make, tail settings appear to be dropping a little and secondly, some exhibits are losing the white of eye which makes for the astonished look. A final point I find it sad that an exhibitor should start shouting his dissatisfaction whilst still in the ring receiving the prize cards. I have awarded CC's many times in this country and abroad and never been subject to this type of behaviour, say what you like outside the ring but not within the ring. 

MPD (3) 1 Martin's Liz Amelia Marchello. A most promising dog of 8 months with excellent coat for his age presented in super condition. He has a correct type head with well spaced dark eyes which have the required amount of white enabling him to give the correct expression. Good breadth of skull, clear open nostrils. Good width and depth of chest, level back giving him a nice square overall shape. High set tail and good rear angulation which enabled him to move well retaining his shape on the move. Best Puppy in Breed. 2 McKenzie & Muldoon's Rakuchin Van Queshien. Another nice puppy, whilst a similar age to winner not as well developed at this stage. Good evenly marked head with well spaced eyes, ears carried nice and high, good depth of chest, level top line but did not have rear angulation of winner. Will vastly improve as his coat develops. A good mover with plenty of drive and presence. 3 Tarabad's Tillashby's Nick Is In A Twist at Frondil. 

PD (3,1) 1 Banks' Chita Tadashi. Good well shaped head with plenty of breadth and rounded skull. Dark eyes well spaced, nostrils wide and clear. Level top line with well set high tail Good hind angulation that enabled him to move well with drive. 2. Evans' Evansly Emoji. Nice smaller type dog, well shaped head with well spaced dark eyes showing correct amount of white. Good width of front and moved well when settled. No doubt will improve with confidence and maturity. 

JD (5,2) 1 Matches Arranbrook Time Lord of Fochai. Compact dog with first class head well set eyes skull rounded and correct width level top line and good length of coat. Moved very well. 2 Mahoney, Leatherwood & Hamersley's Haiku Hattori Manzo Murraylake (Imp USA) Not as settled as winner however a very nice dog with good head and dark eyes, wide nostrils level top line with tail carried reasonably high. Good coat moved well when settled. 3 Moss Ouzlewell Artful Dodger of Delphlands. 

PGD (5) 1 Farmer's Sangria Pamojill Private Eye. A lovely smaller type which in my opinion is the size a Chin should be. This dog has a beautiful profuse coat presented in absolutely super condition. He is square and compact with level top line and high set beautiful tail. A nice head with plenty of breadth, dark eyes and a really alert expression. Moved really well, true both going out and returning. Reserve Dog CC. 2 Thomas Java lacy Rock on Tommy JW. A slightly larger type than winner, however a good type square and compact. Good width of skull with nice ear furnishings, well set correct eyes, correct width of front level top line and correct rear angulation. Moved well but let's himself down a couple of times by dropping his tail but looked well most of the time when tail was carried high. 3 Basing Arranbrook Mint Imperial. 

LD (7,2) 1 Wallhead Sleepyhollow Lester. A dog with a lot of good all round qualities. Good head, well spaced dark eyes with correct amount of white showing, good cushioning of the muzzle and nice depth of chest. Level top line and correct hind angulation. Has a profuse coat presented in superb condition and he moves around the ring with a real presence. Whilst I like this dog I find him slightly on the large side for my taste but not withstanding that I think he is a lovely dog. 2 Farmer's Sangria Midorchi Motivation. Another showman, moved well with ring presence and presented in super condition. Well shaped head with nicely spaced dark eyes showing appropriate amount of white, correct cushioning to muzzle, compact dog with level top line carrying tail high and well A good mover. 3 Beadling Sharla a Tailor Made For Decobras JW ShCh. 

OD (8,1) 1 Rhodes & Vincent's Ch. Javalcy Bit Of Razzle Dazzle. A beautiful dog with an absolutely fantastic coat presented in super condition. He has a good Chin type head large and broad with beautiful dark eyes showing the required amount of white to give the astonished look. Well cushioned muzzle, good width of front, level top line and profuse tail carried high. He has good rear angulation that enabled him to move well with drive, moving true both out and back. A super dog which was a pleasure to go over. Dog CC. 2 Martin's Ch Lizamela Provocateur at Sharlana. A dog well worth of his title, I think I gave him his first win as a puppy. Super large head, with nice dark eyes showing correct amount of white, nice cushioning to muzzle. Good width of front, level top line tail carried correctly a really good mover and showman. 3 Pearce & Hann's Ch Rukachin Kenjina. 

SpBegD 1 Tarabad Tillashby Nick Is In A Twist at Frondil. Six month old dog, nice head good reach of neck body yet to develop full coat. Moved well in the hands of his young handler. Best Special Beginner. 2 Moss' Tillashby Tanisha of Delphlands. Three and half year old dog, head well developed, good body level top line not happy on the move today. 

MPB (4,1) 1 Wallhead Merida Masquarade. Red and white bitch just under nine months. Nice compact shape and coat is starting to develop. Head showing breadth and eyes well spaced, good reach of neck and depth of chest. Is starting to settle more on the move and moved true both out and back.Best Puppy Bitch. 2 Banks Chita Scarlet O'Hara. Sable & white just over six months. Showing much promise at this stage with nice head eyes well spaced good front and compact body. Moved well. Lost out on maturity today but without a doubt her day will come. 3 Wolfenden's Bechinka Minted. 

PB (3) 1 Banks' Choya Tomomi. Eleven month old black & white bitch. Nice head, well spaced eyes good cushioning to muzzle, deep chest particularly well furnished ears. Level top line carrying tail well. Good mover with correct angulation giving drive. 2 Evans' Evansly Emiko. Ten months old bitch but does not have coat or maturity of winner, and slightly smaller in stature. Pleasant head with correct amount of white to eye and good width of front. Level top line and moved well. 3 Harvey's Arranbrook Eugine. 

JB (3,1) 1 Matches Star Spangle Banner at Fochai. Compact bitch with good breadth of skull, bright well spaced eyes with appropriate amount of white, good depth of chest and level top line. Good rear angulation which enabled to move well. 2 Connor-Hopkins' Lois Arian Melys for Brillo. Black & white bitch of nice medium size, pleasant head with good ear furnishings perhaps like a little more cushioning. Good hind angulation moved well. 

PGB (6,2) 1 Rooney & Green's Swifthocks Paws for Thought. Nice medium sized bitch, very nice head muzzle well cushioned with eyes nicely spaced and good ear furnishings. Good width of front level top line and well set tail carried well. Moved well and excellently handled giving her ring presence. Reserve Bitch CC. 2 Pearce & Hann's Rukachin Ring Rumour. Very pleasing head type, eyes well spaced showing some white. Nice ear furnishings and good muzzle cushioning. Good width of front, level top line and correct tail set. Moved well. 3 Oatridge Dalehouse Kimona. 

LB (5,2) 1 Goldie Godheim Liberty Belle. Black & white bitch of nice size with good well prepared coat. Pleasant head with wide nostrils and correct eyes. Good cushioning to muzzle good depth of chest ensuring width at the front. Well set tail Moved well. 2 Lindsay's Anjuli Beryl JW. Quality bitch with pleasant head of good width. Eyes set wide apart and good cushioning to muzzle. Broad chest level top line carried tail well. Good mover once she got going. 3 Blow & Allen Yama Misty Morning. 

OB (4) 1 Pearce & Hann's Yama Moonlight over Rakuchin. A bitch I have always liked from her younger days. Typical Chin head nice rounded skull, well set alert eyes well spaced showing correct amount of white. Good front with straight legs, good depth of chest level top line with correct tail set carried high. A nice compact shape with good spring of rib. Good rear angulation which enabled her to move well giving her excellent ring presence. Pleased to award her. Bitch CC and Best of Breed. 2 Lindsay's Ch Sleepyhollow Mavis at Anjuli JW. Nice bitch well handled and presented in super condition. Good breadth of head with well spaced dark eyes and well cushioned muzzle. Good front and level topline. Moved well. 3 Oatridge Dalehouse iponema. SpBegB (1) 1 Evans' Evansly Erika. Nice sable & white, pleasant head not too happy today but only a puppy. Tended to drop tail on move.
