One of my favourite breeds, the ultimate elegant toy dog. I have judged this breed for almost 30 years but this was my first appointment in Britain. I was pleased with the overall quality and soundness. The weather was not optimal and I decided to use the covered area with limited space, mainly to protect everyone from the wind and showers. In challenge we had to go outdoors as the ring was otherwise too small to give due justice to all exhibitors. Thank you for your sporting spirit. 

VD (1) 1 Curwood's Nisyros Frank Chinatra, excellent type and shape, excellent skull, very sound, excellent coat, well marked, in great condition, lovely temperament. Best Veteran.  

MPD (4,1) 1 Burn's Yama Take A Chance, lovely type, lovely expression, skull and finish of under jaw, lovely expressive eyes, strong hindquarters, good coat, moves well. Best dog puppy. 2 Boulcott's Yama Dreammaker at Ingerdorm, excellent proportions, excellent markings, correct coat, good head, elegant bone, moves well. 3 Leach's Daniel Solechyni Angel.  

PD (3) 1 Thomas' Dzhunko Gin De Imperium Auri At Javalcy,  correct head, eyes could be larger, excellent markings, good topline, good coat, excellent markings. 2 Hudson and Steele's Sharlarna Elvis At Threadgold, very large eyes, , excellent skull, correct bone, lovely neck, good coat, excellent mover. 3 Leach's Omikudzi Eclipse Lunar  

JD (6) 1 Schemel's Sharlarna's Mirage, excellent young dog, strong and masculine but not coarse or big. Excellent skull and pleasing turn of underjaw, lovely head profile, excellent neck, compact good body, strong hindquarters, excellent coat and markings, steady mover. Sympathetically handled. In the challenge he gave a steady performance despite the outdoor condition and deserved CC and later BOB. Will follow his career with interest. 2 Boulcott's Seafar Top Hat and Tails at Ingerdorm, excellent type, lovely eyes, good skull and muzzle, excellent coat texture, slightly longer in body shape, moves well. 3 Hudson and Steele's  Sharlarna Divine At Threadgold. Res Bailey's  Aldoricka Gypsy King. VHC Pearce and Hann's Rakuchin Ring Romeo  

PGD (5,1) 1 George's Sharlarna The Tempest At Amronchi, excellent type, masculine head, excellent proportions, excellent silky coat with excellent markings, balanced mover with excellent proud head carriage. Reserve CC, his younger brother taking CC. 2 Moss'  Tillashby Tanoshi of Delphlands, slightly taller dog with lovely eyes and expression, correct bone, moves well with good topline. Needs to mature in body to give a more compact impression. 3 Pott's Holmchin Out of the Blue To Adreeam. Res Benton-Taylor's Sansarc Loyalty Binds Me LD (9,4) 1 Pearce and Hann's Rakuchin Kenji Na, elegant dog with excellent proportions, very compact, excellent markings, excellent neck and head carriage, good mover. Considered him for top honours. 2 Schemel's Chinart Yuunagi, another elegant dog with lovely eyes, correct bone, excellent hindquarters, very good mover. Unfortunately not in the best of coats today. 3 Curwood's Auralea Koko. Res martin's Sharlarna Just The Ticket. VHC Robinson's Suzume Uccellino De Imperium Auri At Midorchi (Imp)  

OD (7,1) 1 Lindsay and Pipe's Sleepyhollow Baroque At Anjuli Sh.CM, excellent type but up to size, excellent proportions and shape, excellent skull, excellent head carriage, in full coat but rather heavily marked in body, good mover. Considered him for top honours. 2 Rhodes and Vincent's Javalcy Bit Of Razzle Dazzle, similar shape, slightly smaller. Expressive eyes, could have stronger underjaw, good body, excellent coat, correct markings, sound mover. 3 George's Yama I'm Kimi Amronchi. Res Martin's Lizamela Provocateur At Sharlarna. VHC McLeod's Dunline Oh What A Night Sh.CM  

VB (1) 1 Pearce and Hann's Ch Stepheter Wanna Shout For Rakuchin, excellent condition, excellent head profile, lovely eyes, elegant bone, good body, excellent markings, good mover hiding her age. 

MPB (4,1) 1 Crane's Sleepyhollow Doris Of Cranvarl, well matured for her almost 9 months, excellent type, lovely expression, excellent head shape and profile, correct neck, excellent hindquarters, very sound, excellent mover, promising coat, rather heavily marked in body. Delightful temperament, showed steadily despite the ring condition. Best Puppy and CC. All the best for the future! 2 Rooney and Green's Swifthocks Paws For Thought, very feminine and compact, lovely eyes, promising head, correct markings, moves well. 3 Ison's Swifthocks Mini At Lynpix  

PB (3,2) 1 Curtis'  Aleemai Walk This Way, lovely shape, very elegant, promising head, lovely eyes, excellent coat for her age, excellent markings, excellent mover.  

JB (10,2)  Excellent class. 1 Lindsay and Pipe's Anjuli Beryl, elegant and sound, in lovely coat, lovely eyes, correct skull, very strong underjaw, correct bone, lovely mover. 2 Crane's Cranvarl Le Mistrall, lovely shape, excels in head and expression, sound mover, excellent markings but unfortunately not much coat today. 3 Goldie's  Godheim Liberty Belle. Res Burns' Seafar Tantrums And Tiaras. 

PGB (5) 1 Leach's Ouzlwell's Aimi, dainty, square bitch with not much coat today, excellent markings, supereyes, slightly 'flying' ears, elegant, reasonable mover. 2 Burn's Sleepyhollow Calamity Jane, lovely type and silhouette, lovely coat, excellent coat. Must have looked wonderful before she lost her eye, what a pity. 3 Matches' Godheim Charlotte At Fochai 

LB (3,2) 1 McLeod's Dunline Glory Hallelujah Shardlow, quite tall, another lacking coat today, very feminine, correct head and good head carriage, dainty bone, good hind quarters, lovely tail, strong back, moves well.  

OB (5,1) 1 Robinson's  Midorchi Make Believe, excellent square shape, excellent size, good balance but needs more training! Lovely head and expression, excellent markings, another not in full coat today. Secured reserve CCon her qualities today, despite the coat and performance. 2 Paradise's Shardlow Knickerboka Glory Sh.CM, in full bloom and lots of energy! good proportions, good skull, very large eyes that could be a shade darker, lovely shape, coat a bit soft and profuse. 3 Pearce and Hann's Yama Moonlight Over Rakuchin
