DOGS

PUPPY DOG (10-1)

1st Rhodes & Vincents Javalcy Talk Of The Devil, b/w, square bodied dog in glamorous coat, large rounded head with wide set, large eye, well placed nose & well finished face, enough neck to carry head well, high tailset & straight action on the move

2nd Banks Homerbrent Kotaishi of Choya, b/w, very attractive baby, expressive head with good cushioning & nose placement, nice eye, typical square outline, high set tail, good topline & moved with a balanced profile & firm action, nicely refined build & glamorous coat for me. Gave way a little to 1 in depth of rib at this stage in his development;

3rd Robinsons Midorchi Maestro.

JUNIOR DOG (7-0)

1st Jolleys Dainichi Sundance over Dekobras, lovely cobby dog with excellent width & depth to ribcage, high tailset & well carried large rounded head with large expressive eyes set well apart, well placed nose & short broad, well cushioned muzzle, good outline on the move with nice lift to front & excellent straight action;

2nd Willis Dainichi Sunyano, very attractive, well-proportioned refined dog with lovely eyes & expression, rounded head with good width, high set ears, broad short well finished muzzle, moved with a good profile & light action. Not as strong as 1 in hind action as yet;

3rd Grugans Jardhus The Lion In Winter.

POST GRADUATE DOG (7-0)

1st Farmers Queenslake La Vida Loca at Sangria, b/w, good square outline & excellent depth & width to ribcage, proudly held large head, nicely rounded, well finished head & lovely eyes & expression, moved very soundly with a well-balanced profile;

2nd McLeods Sleepyhollow Knight And Day at Dunline, b/w, large head with lovely eyes & well finished face, refined square build with high set tail & good neck carriage. Silky coat with nice furnishings, but giving an unfortunate straightness to the top of the head at their present stage of development, which detracted from his expression;

3rd Jolleys Dekobras Roustabout.

OPEN DOG (6-1)

1st Farmer & Lynns Fralee Ernest with Afterglow, b/w, beautifully compact dog with super neck, really giving a dignified carriage, lovely shape & size to head, well cushioned, very expressive eyes, very good profile on the move with a light action & good lift, impressive parallel gait going away. BOB;

2nd Wallheads Merida Im Toto Too, b/w, lovely, very glamorous with quality coat & furnishings, particularly nice brush feet, good square build & nice in ribcage, large rounded head with wide underjaw, well cushioned muzzle & large round dark eyes, moved well. Not holding himself together quite as well as 1. RBD;

3rd Smith & Danks Ir Ch Jesandakai Shadow Magic.

                       BITCHES

PUPPY BITCH (6-0)

1st Jolleys Nisyros Olivia Newchin John, b/w, beautiful outline with neck giving excellent carriage to large crescent shaped head, well cushioned broad muzzle & large expressive eye, compact body with nice depth to rib, high set tail & impressive, light gait with typical lift & carriage. RBB & BP;

2nd Von Barth Und Kippenruers Palteemoor Princess Chieka, beautiful bitch with good sized head, lovely nose & underjaw, well cushioned with expressive eyes, well-made compact body & moved well. Lacked the confidence & animation of 1;

3rd Banks Homerbrent Kiraku of Choya.

JUNIOR BITCH (7-2)

1st Farmers Sangria Love Song, small & compact with good topline & tailset, good neck to carry large head, nicely rounded with large sweet eyes & well cushioned broad muzzle, giving a typical expression. Not kindly marked with only a thin white blaze. Moved very well with a very nice profile;

2nd Smith & Danks Jesandakai Madam Attitude, very square & dainty bitch, beautiful head & expression with well finished face & lovely eyes, moved very well, covering plenty of ground with an easy gait. Not maturity in breadth of body as 1, but she has plenty of time to develop;

3rd Georges Stepheter Butter Wont Melt at Amronchi.

POST GRADUATE BITCH (4-2)

1st Caytons Stepheter Minnie The Minx, b/w, nice compact bitch with good width & depth to rib, sufficient neck & high set tail, large head with wide set large eyes & well finished face, giving typical expression, moved quite well with strong hind action. Could have been more settled;

2nd Matches Fochai Jasmine, b/w, very nice compact bitch with a dainty build, high tailset & enough neck for good carriage, moved well, lovely size of eye & good width of underjaw with well cushioned muzzle. Lacked a little in confidence & was, I thought, a little put off by her surroundings & not making the best of her assets

OPEN BITCH (8-2)

1st Pearce & Hanns Choya Takara of Rakuchin, b/w, lovely crescent shaped large head, good sized nose, well cushioned with nice finish to face & large wide set eyes, giving lovely expression, elegant yet strongly made body with good width & depth to rib, squarely built with high set tail, profuse silky, glamorous coat with good furnishings, moved with a light action & good profile. BB;

2nd Wainwright & Hodgsons Ch Jenan Song Of Sixpence, b/w, lovely bitch, good size to rounded head, large wide set eyes, broad underjaw & well cushioned muzzle, square shape with good topline & high set nicely carried tail, good depth & width to rib & refined build throughout, moved with a good action & light gait. I felt she offered a little less animation & style to 1;

3rd Farmers Damheadbrig Noraitaki Lady of Pamogill.
