Judge MRS ZENA THORN-ANDREWS
MPD (3) 1 Schemel’s Hin Satori Terra Kot, beautiful head & eyes, level lips, nicely cushioned muzzle, neatly set ears. Chest can still deepen somewhat of course & rear movement improve, but I thought his type & quality very promising; 2 Thomas’ Isami at Javalcy, cobby type & good in outline, super quarters & rear movement, his lips could be more level & his eyes are a little on the small size, shows well; 3 Bentonn-Taylor’s Sansarc Loyalty Binds Me. PD (6) 1 BP, Banks’ Choya Masuyo, blaze a little narrow & back markings a little heavy, pleasing face & eyes, lovely topline & ear, well set tail, slender legs & hare feet, keeps his outline on the move; 2 Thomas’ Javalcy Right Said Fred, blaze even going over skull, stands very straight in rear, but moves nicely going away. OK in front & body for age. Good expression with that well cushioned muzzle making him look very determined; 3 Tridge’s Dalehouse Houdini. JD (7) 1 Paradise’s Shardlow Oshkosh B’Gosh, delightful baby, beautiful head, eyes & expression, very precise mover, good body although can still deepen a little in chest. Level back, well set & carried tail; 2 Schemel’s Chinart Yuunagi, super mover also, & a smart boy. Eyes could show the white in corners more & his black markings are a little too heavy on body. Super show boy; 3 Allcock & Tong’s Sleepyhollow Rheingold. PGD (8) 1 Blow & Allen’s Wyndcatch Take It Easy, lovely head with the series of crescents, maybe lips could be a touch more level, but they didn’t detract from his expression. Nicely marked head, back coat has too much black. Lovely straight mover & he is quite classy; 2 Quinn’s Mattadam Samurai at Sharlarna, face a little stained, good eyes & expression. Well marked blaze. Neck is short rather than moderate in length. Moved nicely & shows well; 3 Kippenruer, Schlizzi & Healy-Gates’ Caluky Prince Aladdin of Paltemoor. LD (6) 1 RCC, McLeod’s Dunline Oh What A Night, stood out in this class. Well cushioned muzzle, good rounded skull, well set eyes & ear placement good. Enough neck for elegance. Smart mover, well made rear. Overall a quality dog; 2 Rhodes & Vincent’s Javalcy Bit Of Razzle Dazzle, not the head of winner & head markings could be more even. OK in front, level back, sound going away; 3 George’s Yamia I’m Kimi Amronchi. OD (7) 1 CC, BOB & G1, Allcock’s Sleepyhollow Robson, under the beautifully presented coat is a well constructed & bodied boy! Lovely head, wide blaze, good front & ribcage, level back, sound rear. Slender bone & correct feet. To be picky I would like less black over his rump, otherwise markings are lovely. Super sound mover too; 2 Rose’s Fralee Namakiki at Rossyn, a really nice boy also, a little out of coat on the day, shows well & moved with aplomb, will have better days I’m sure; 3 Pearce & Hann’s Holmchin Secret Affair with Rakuchin. VD (3) 1 RCC, Pearce & Hann’s Stepheter Wanna Shout for Rakuchin, lovely 8 year old in fantastic nick, admired her head & well rounded muzzle & back skull. Nicely marked, moved out with some purpose & in beautiful body condition. GCD (2) 1 M Samurai at S; 2 S Mikado.
MPB (7) 1 Allcock’s Yama Jasmin, super class, a real pleasure to judge so many lovely babies! Winner has a good shape, absolutely sound moving, slender bone, well set tail, pleasing head, a bit uneven in blaze on top of skull; 2 Banks’ Choya Charlotte, a little older & more mature but at present looks a touch low on leg. I’m sure she will balance up in a few months, otherwise close up to above & also so sound moving as was third; 3 Smith’s Sidlyn Dancing In The Windn. PB (4) 1 Rose’s Fluffy Fantasy Eri at Rossyn, the best markings of the whole entry so far. Exquisite baby of 6 months, she just got spooked at the end of the class & dropped her tail, but she is a future star; 2 McDonald’s Sansarc Sweet Katya at Clandonald, another 6 month old. Also quite a sound puppy but needs training as it was difficult to see her move in a straight line, promising; 3 Steele’s Threadgold Empress. JB (10) 1 Pearce & Hann’s Yama Moonlight over Rakuchin, nice class, pretty girl in 1st after seeing a lot over-marked, this girl could do with a black saddle, liked her head, lovely body & width of chest, moved out nicely; 2 Allcock’s Sleepyhollow Mimi, just not in body & needs some substance on her. She is beautifully dainty & slender in bone, perfect topline & tailset. Attractive head & eyes; 3 Crane’s Sleepyhollow Mary Poppins. PGB (8) 1 Paradise’s Shardlow Yum Yum, difficult class, winner moved quite well all round, holding a lovely topline in profile. Her head has a very uneven blaze & muzzle could be more rounded & cushioned, well handled; 2 McLeod’s Dunline Glory Hallelujah Shardlow, difficult in type, she is narrow in chest & narrow moving, sparky & full of herself. I liked her head & expression a lot; 3 Wallhead’s Sleepyhollow Tikle My Fancy at Merida. LB (5) 1 CC, Oatridge’s Sleepyhollow Tea For Two, lovely to go over & in peak condition, nice to feel some muscle too! Head markings acceptable but perhaps back skull could more even in markings, lovely muzzle. Eyes not showing white, but her expression is good. Body superb & a neat sound rear. In lovely coat & showing & moving very well indeed; 2 Rowley & Wallhead’s Fralee Elsie at Merida, has a tendency to run up in topline a little in profile movement. I don’t know what she was trying to do with her rear on the table! She settled on the floor & moved nicely. Liked her feminine head & has a particularly nice profile of face; 3 Wallhead’s Choya Kinuko at Merida. OB (6) 1 Wallhead & Allcock’s Kochou’s Rita-Haywooth Sleepyhollow, feminine & appealed in head & eyes. Quite well marked & very precise moving. Rather out of coat on the day, otherwise in fine form; 2 Paradise’s Shardlow Knickerboka Glory, in very heavy coat, not the open nostrils of above & she did appear a little too stuffy in neck, moved OK & has super temperament; 3 Steele’s Threadgold Sound Of Music.
